At 11:30, we've got 5.2 inches of water in the brook, which is flowing merrily between snowy banks.
We're estimating that we've got 8 1/2 inches of snow out there, but it's already drifting. We're measuring as much as 10 inches in places.
Also, it's snowing in several directions: it's not nice out there.

Cascading Waters can be found at 135 Olean Street on the eastern edge of Worcester's northwest parklands, the Cascades. The Cascades are 350 acres of park and conservation lands along the borders of Worcester, Paxton, and Holden, Massachusetts. Home to countless species of plants and animals, the Cascades are open to passive recreation year-round.
From downtown Worcester
Take Rt. 122 N/Chandler Street to Tatnuck Square. At the 2nd set of lights at Pleasant Street, go straight onto Mower Street between Sovereign and Flagship banks. At the Y, bear right onto Olean Street, and look for the Cascading Waters sign 1/2 mile on your left.
From Holden
Take Route 31 S towards Paxton. Take a left onto Reservoir Street (when it splits from 31). Follow past all the reservoirs into Worcester. Cascading Waters is less than 1/2 mile from the city line on your right.

The new header picture for the blog looks nice.
Removing the "break" that was in all the old pictures is a plus.
Hope everyone's ills are better by Christmas, and that there isn't a outbreak of "cabin fever" at the lodge.
